Shipping policy
PRODUCTION AND DISPATCH
Most SVVVA pieces are handcrafted individually after the order is received.
The usual production and preparation time is approximately 5 to 7 working days before dispatch.
Products already available in stock may be dispatched sooner. Bespoke pieces or products requiring special modifications may require additional time, which will be communicated to the buyer where applicable.
The total estimated delivery time consists of the production and preparation period plus the transit time.
ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES
Once the order has been dispatched, the estimated transit times are:
Spain: approximately 3 working days.
European Union: approximately 5 to 7 working days.
Rest of the world: approximately 7 to 13 working days.
These times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside SVVVA’s reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs procedures, public holidays or periods of high demand.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, delivery will take place within a maximum of 30 calendar days from conclusion of the contract, in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination and are displayed during checkout before payment is confirmed.
The buyer can review the complete price of the order, including any applicable shipping costs, before completing the purchase.
Where free shipping is offered, it will be applied automatically during checkout when the applicable conditions are met.
ORDER TRACKING
Once the order has been dispatched, the buyer will receive a confirmation email containing the available tracking information.
The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an error is detected in the address, the buyer should contact SVVVA as soon as possible at info@offsvvva.com. Changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been dispatched.
If a parcel is returned to SVVVA because the buyer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer may be required to pay the cost of sending the order again.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
For deliveries outside the European Union, SVVVA covers any applicable duties and import taxes. The buyer should not be required to pay any additional amount upon delivery.
If the carrier or customs authority requests an import payment upon delivery, the buyer should contact info@offsvvva.com and provide the corresponding receipt so that the amount can be reviewed and reimbursed where applicable.
Customs procedures may cause additional delays outside SVVVA’s control.
DAMAGED, LOST OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If an order arrives damaged, shows signs of tampering, is incomplete, contains an incorrect product or is not delivered within a reasonable period, the buyer should contact info@offsvvva.com and provide:
- The order number.
- A description of the incident.
- Photographs of the parcel, packaging and product, where possible.
SVVVA will work with the carrier to investigate the incident and provide the appropriate solution, without prejudice to the buyer’s statutory consumer rights.
Damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect orders will be handled at no cost to the buyer.
