Order confirmation and production

Once your purchase has been completed, you will receive an email confirming your order.

Each SVVVA piece is handcrafted individually after the order is placed. Most orders are dispatched in approximately 1 week, although production may take slightly longer during periods of high demand.

If your order contains several pieces, it will normally be shipped once the complete order is ready.

Dispatch and tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and a link to follow the delivery.

Please make sure that the delivery address and contact information provided at checkout are correct. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@offsvvva.com.

Estimated delivery times

The following delivery estimates apply after the order has been dispatched:

Spain
Approximately 3 business days.

European Union
Approximately 5–7 business days.

Rest of the world
Approximately 7–13 business days.

These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier service, customs procedures and circumstances outside SVVVA’s control.

Busy periods and possible delays

During periods of high demand, public holidays or peak shipping seasons such as Christmas, production and delivery may take slightly longer than usual.

We will always do our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible and keep you informed if a significant delay affects it.

Express shipping

If you need your order by a particular date or would like to request express shipping, please contact us at info@offsvvva.com before placing your order.

We will confirm whether the requested delivery time is possible and inform you of any additional shipping cost before proceeding.

Customs duties and import taxes

SVVVA covers the customs duties and import taxes associated with the order.

For some international shipments, the courier or customs authorities may require additional information from the recipient. The customer must follow any documentation, identification or delivery instructions provided by SVVVA or the transport company.

Additional costs caused by incorrect information, refusal to cooperate with customs procedures or failure to follow the instructions provided may be charged to the customer.

Delivery issues

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay, the package appears damaged, or you experience any issue with the delivery, contact us at info@offsvvva.com.

Please include your order number and, where relevant, photographs of the parcel and its packaging so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.
